Merchandise found to be defective may be exchange under the following conditions:
Merchandise must be returned unused in its original package within 30 days of purchase.
Please include a brief note describing the defect with your return.
I except pay pal, personal checks, or money orders. And dealer inquiry's are welcome. All
domestic orders are shipped USPS priority mail, unless noted otherwise, normally within three
business days of receiving order. International orders are shipped USPS First Class.
Any unused merchandise returned for refund must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Electric Free Flight.Com will not accept returns on items after 30 days of purchase.
Non-defective unused merchandise may be returned for refund or exchange under the
following conditions: Merchandise must be returned new, unused, in the original sealed
package, and in resalable condition. Any return with an incomplete, opened, or missing
package will not be exchanged or refunded. Merchandise will be refunded or exchanged at
our sole discretion. You must include a copy of your original invoice, along with a note
describing the reason for return or exchange or we will not process your return. Returns for
refund will be charge a restocking fee of 10% of the purchase price plus our original cost of
shipping. Special order items may not be returned.
